The winning design
About four months after the launch of our competition, the moment had finally arrived: the jury’s verdict at the closing event of the SBE Student Challenge. Each group presented their design one by one, and the jury selected the winners.
Congratulations to Ilias Bachgada, Olivier Adam, and Giel Lecho!
Of course, we also want to sincerely thank the other #studentsatplay for their participation, dedication, and motivation.
The winning design was not chosen lightly. The jury appreciated how the team presented a complete narrative with their design. They used the brief as a starting point to create a concept that positively transforms the surrounding area as well. The design of the viewpoint itself remains subtle, with a thoughtful nod to the elements that define and highlight the viewpoint.
